Yashoda Group

Yashoda Group

We are backed by an industrial house, and we work inside it.

The Yashoda Group operates five-star hospitality, hospitals, hydropower plants and manufacturing businesses. Golden is the group's technology company, which means our AI is built and broken against real operations before a client ever sees it.

Why This Matters To A Client

Group backing is usually a logo. Ours is an operating advantage.

Most technology firms learn an industry from their clients, which means the first client in a sector pays for the education. We had the unusual luxury of learning four industries from the inside first, because the group operates them and we are the group's technology company.

When we deploy predictive maintenance at a generation asset, it is running on our own turbines. When we talk about hospitality revenue recovery, the arithmetic came from logging our own reservation line for a fortnight and finding out how much commission we were paying for the privilege of being too busy to answer the phone.

The second advantage is patience. A group balance sheet is what allows us to decline funded work, put fees at risk against outcomes and hold multi-year positions. Independence is expensive, and somebody has to be able to afford it.

They tested it on their own hydropower plant before they proposed it to us. That conversation went differently to every other vendor's.

Five-Star Hospitality

Luxury hotels and resorts where occupancy, average daily rate and guest experience are measured hourly and where a missed reservation call is a permanent commission cost.

What We Built Here
  • 01Multilingual voice reservation agents
  • 02Rate and occupancy optimisation with parity constraints
  • 03Guest journey automation and sentiment intelligence
Measured Result

+14% RevPAR · +21% direct booking share

Every one of these systems is now offered to clients in the same sector, with the group operation available as a reference.

Hospitals & Healthcare

Vertical 02

Hospitals & Healthcare

Healthcare facilities where patient throughput, records accuracy and appointment attendance carry human consequence as well as financial weight.

What We Built Here
  • 01Non-attendance prediction with automated rebooking
  • 02Records and intake document intelligence
  • 03Patient communication agents in local languages
Measured Result

−38% no-shows · +22% outpatient throughput

Every one of these systems is now offered to clients in the same sector, with the group operation available as a reference.

Hydropower Generation
Fig. 03 — Hydropower Generation
Vertical 03

Hydropower Generation

Generation assets in remote mountain terrain where connectivity is poor, maintenance access is difficult, and an hour of downtime during peak flow is revenue that can never be recovered.

What We Built Here
  • 01Predictive maintenance on failure signatures
  • 02Inflow and generation forecasting for dispatch
  • 03Drone and camera-based asset inspection
Measured Result

−34% unplanned downtime · +6.2% generation

Every one of these systems is now offered to clients in the same sector, with the group operation available as a reference.

Industries & Manufacturing

Vertical 04

Industries & Manufacturing

Production and distribution operations with quality inspection, safety compliance, supply chain and throughput problems that reward continuous measurement.

What We Built Here
  • 01Inline computer vision defect detection
  • 02Safety and PPE compliance monitoring
  • 03Demand forecasting and replenishment
Measured Result

−34% scrap · 100% units inspected

Every one of these systems is now offered to clients in the same sector, with the group operation available as a reference.

What The Group Gives Golden

Three advantages a project shop cannot buy.

ADVANTAGE 01

Real operations to build in

Hospitality, healthcare, energy and manufacturing environments where our systems are tested against genuine complexity — poor connectivity, shift patterns, regulatory constraint and staff who will not tolerate a slow interface.

ADVANTAGE 02

The ability to say no

Declining funded work, forfeiting fees against missed outcomes and recommending cheaper alternatives all cost money. A group balance sheet is what makes that behaviour sustainable rather than heroic.

ADVANTAGE 03

Long-horizon commitments

Multi-year support obligations and outcome guarantees require a counterparty that will still exist. Clients in regulated sectors ask about this early, and the group is the answer.

Questions

What clients ask about the group.

  • 01. Does the group influence which clients you take?
It gives us the freedom to decline rather than an obligation to accept. Group operations are clients like any other and are held to the same value-model discipline, including the assessments that concluded work should not proceed.
  • 02. Can we visit a group operation as a reference?
In many cases yes, and it is one of the more persuasive things we can offer. Seeing predictive maintenance running on a working turbine or a voice agent handling a live reservation line is not comparable to a slide.
  • 03. Is our data shared anywhere within the group?
No. Client data stays in the client's tenancy under the client's retention rules and is never used to train or inform anything elsewhere in the group. This is contractual.
  • 04. Would you work with a competitor of a group business?
Yes, with disclosure and ring-fenced teams, data and IP. Where a genuine conflict cannot be managed we decline, and we say which side we declined.
