Cumulative value is the sum of measured benefit across delivered engagements, using each engagement's own value model: revenue created, plus cost removed, plus quantified risk reduction. It excludes projected future benefit and excludes soft benefits entirely.
Percentage improvements are measured against baselines verified with the client before work started. Where a control group was statistically viable, the figure quoted is incremental. Where it was not, we discount and note the assumption in the client's report.
Two engagements in our history missed their targets, and in both a portion of our fee was forfeited under the outcome agreement. We will discuss those in a procurement conversation. A partner's behaviour when the number does not move tells you more than this page ever will.
A two-week value assessment identifies the opportunity, sets the baseline and commits to a target we are prepared to be measured against.
