Services

Services

Eight capabilities. One test before we sell you any of them.

Does it move a number you own? If a service cannot be traced to revenue created, cost removed, risk reduced or time returned, we will tell you not to buy it — including when you are willing to pay.

The Portfolio

We are a full-stack partner because value refuses to stay in one discipline.

A churn model needs a customer data layer, a workflow to act in, an interface a retention agent will actually use and a report that proves it worked. Split those across four vendors and the value disappears into the seams between contracts — which is exactly where most transformation budgets go to die.

So we built the whole chain: strategy, data, AI, software, cloud, design and support. Not to sell more, but so that nobody can blame the gap. When we commit to a business number, there is no third party to point at.

The corollary is that we frequently recommend less than you expected to buy. A smaller engagement that pays is worth more to both of us than a large one that does not.

What We Do

Everything required to make a business number move.

Ordered by how often clients start here. AI leads, because that is where the largest unclaimed value currently sits.

How We Engage

Three ways to start, all ending in the same measurement.

MODEL 01

Value assessment

Two weeks, fixed fee, fully credited against a subsequent engagement. Produces a written value model, ranked opportunities and an honest verdict — including a recommendation to stop where that is the right answer.

MODEL 02

Outcome engagement

Scoped to a specific business metric with a baseline, a target and review dates. A defined portion of our fee can be placed at risk against the agreed outcome.

MODEL 03

Embedded team

A dedicated squad inside your organisation with our delivery standards and your priorities, reported against the same value model as any project.

Always Included

Six things in every engagement.

  • A written value model: metric, baseline, target, owner, review date
  • A named senior engineer accountable for delivery, not a rotating pool
  • Your code in your repositories and your cloud from day one
  • Enablement for the teams whose daily work changes
  • Monthly value reporting against the agreed baseline
  • An exit path that does not require dismantling anything
Never Included

Four things we will not do.

  • 01Build a feature we cannot trace to a business number
  • 02Sell a licence, seat or platform you would not renew on merit
  • 03Hold your data, code or credentials as commercial leverage
  • 04Report success in velocity when value was the agreement
Questions

What buyers ask about working with us.

  • 01. Can we start small?
We prefer it. The two-week value assessment is deliberately small and its fee is credited against whatever follows. Roughly a fifth of assessments conclude that the client should not proceed, and we say so in writing.
  • 02. Do you work with our existing vendors and internal teams?
Regularly. We are often brought in to make an existing investment finally deliver value rather than to replace it. Where we do recommend replacement, we show the arithmetic.
  • 03. How do you price?
Fixed price for defined scope, retained for embedded teams, and outcome-linked where a metric can be measured cleanly. Delivery from our Kathmandu centre lands around 30% below comparable onshore cost with no reduction in seniority.
  • 04. What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep everything: code, infrastructure, documentation, models and the value model itself. Our engagements are designed to be endable, which is one reason 99% of clients choose not to end them.
