Industries

Eighteen industries. One question in each of them.

Where does this business lose money it should be keeping? The answer is different in a hydropower plant than in a lending book, but the discipline for finding it does not change — and neither does our refusal to build before we have found it.

Why Sector Knowledge Matters

We are not industry agnostic, and you should be suspicious of anyone who is.

A value assessment is only as good as the questions asked in it, and the useful questions are sector-specific. Knowing to ask a lender about their pull-through rate, a hotel group about their rate parity, a hydropower operator about their spill events or a telecom about their silent-customer cohort is the difference between finding value in two weeks and finding it never.

That knowledge came from delivery, not from research. It also came from an unusual advantage: the Yashoda Group operates five-star hotels, hospitals, hydropower plants and manufacturing businesses, and we work inside those operations. Our hospitality AI was tested against real occupancy problems before any hotel client saw it.

Where we lack depth, we say so. We would rather decline a sector than learn it at a client's expense.

Primary Sectors

Eight sectors where we go deep.

Each page sets out the specific value pattern we look for, the AI and software that addresses it, and the results measured with clients in that sector.

Questions

What buyers ask about sector fit.

  • 01. Do you have experience in our specific industry?
If we do, we will name the engagements and offer references. If we do not, we will tell you plainly and explain which adjacent experience is genuinely transferable — and there are sectors we decline for exactly this reason.
  • 02. Is our industry too regulated for AI?
Rarely. Regulation changes how a system must be governed, logged and explained rather than whether it can exist. Our most heavily regulated clients are in credit and healthcare, and the governance work is why those deployments were approved.
  • 03. We are small. Is this only for large enterprises?
No. Some of our clearest results have come from businesses under fifty people, where a single automated workflow changed the economics. The assessment scales down honestly.
  • 04. Can you work across our whole group?
Yes, and it is often where the largest value sits, because shared capability across business units costs far less than the sum of separate programmes. The Yashoda Group is our own example of this.
